One thing that really jazzes up the story is the actors who meticulously play them on our favorite daytime drama—because, let’s face it, we all know we tune in for the drama and those outrageous jaw-dropping moments! This week, the daytime genre was graced with unforgettable work from the talents of Colleen Zenk and Hayley Erin, who totally knocked it out of the park with their performances! Soap Opera News has crowned them as performers of the week.
Hayley Erin
On The Young and the Restless, viewers were practically on the edge of their seats, with those juicy scenes between Erin’s Claire Newman and Zenk’s Jordan. It’s no doubt that Erin has grown so much as an actress since her first day in soap operas. This week was a great reminder! She had us questioning Claire’s loyalties—is she with the Newmans, or is she team Jordan? Or is she just team Claire and about to pull out the ultimate plot twist? Erin tackled these scenes like the champ she is. Give her a round of applause, or better yet, a standing ovation!
Colleen Zenk
And then there’s the legendary Zenk, who wrapped up her run as the infamous Jordan. Zenk, being the seasoned pro, slid right into her character’s villainous shoes like they were made for her. She flawlessly crafted every twist and turn with the right emotions. Zenk, you are a legend!
