Today on The Bold and the Beautiful, September 2: Thomas returns excited for Taylor and Ridge’s upcoming nuptials. Irked, Thomas confronts Brooke about trying to steal Ridge away. Li continues to hide Luna and reprimands her for her reckless behavior.
B&B Recap September 2: Thomas Returns
Taylor is hard at work when there is a knock at her door. “Just a minute,” she says, but the person cannot wait.
It’s Thomas who surprises his mom. She is ecstatic to see him and hugs him. She asks about Douglas, and Thomas says he is not with him—he’s having some fun with his friends.
Thomas says he is happy that she and Ridge are engaged again. Taylor points out that she loves Ridge and always will.
They start talking about Taylor living over at Eric’s. Taylor notes that Eric is Team Brooke and says they can talk about all of this later. She just wants to look at her talented, handsome son. She is happy he’s in town, especially since Steffy is away.
Taylor tells him she wouldn’t think of getting married without them being there. Thomas is confident that after this, Brooke will never interfere again.
Thomas asks if Brooke is stirring up trouble again. Taylor says Brooke doesn’t see it that way. Thomas hopes this time around is different for his mom. He is just hopeful it all works out and that Brooke stays out of the picture. “This is it. This is finally our family time,” he says.
While Thomas is gone, Taylor looks at pictures of her and Ridge and has flashes of sweet moments they’ve shared.
Brooke Encourages Ridge to Leave Taylor
Brooke and Ridge are at the office talking about what happened in Naples. He doesn’t want her to joke about it because it was the day he almost lost his Logan.
She points out that he didn’t. In fact, he saved her. She notes that they are back now, and he still hasn’t broken off his engagement to Taylor. She asks how long she is supposed to wait. Brooke wonders if she’s just fooling herself.
She notes that Nick left, but she did appreciate the attention he gave her. She had real feelings for him, but what she really wanted was to make Ridge jealous enough to come back to her. Brooke wonders if she’s just being a fool.
“What is it? I want to know. I deserve to know,” she tells him. Brooke reminds him of what he said in Italy, that he would make things right. “So, are we going to spend the rest of our lives together, or is our love story going to end?” She asks. She implores him not to let that happen and tells him that he needs to do something.
Ridge notes that he is tired of going back and forth between two women. Brooke understands the position he’s in. However, she reminds him that things happen. She encourages him to go tell Taylor the truth.
As Brooke embraces him, Thomas swings by the office and spots them. He enters, and Ridge says he didn’t expect him. Thomas tells his dad that he wasn’t expecting to walk in on him and Brooke like this. “What’s going on?” He asks.
Brooke welcomes him home and decides to leave to give them some time alone. Thomas reminds his dad of his commitment to his mom and points out what he walked in on. He begs him not to break his mom’s heart again. And asks i the marriage is still happening.
Will and Electra The Morning After
Will and Electra wake up in bed. She wonders how long he has been up, staring at her. Electra says she could stay like this all day. They are already late for work as it is. Will suggests they could call out. Electra agrees, since she doesn’t want this day to end.
Will’s phone goes off, and he decides to ignore it. He says nothing is more beautiful than the moment they are sharing. He tells Electra that she is so beautiful. The two of them gush abou the night they shared. He reminds her that she is the only girl for him.
B&B Recap September 2: Luna Takes a Pregnancy Test
Someone drops off something for Luna while she’s wearing a disguise. Li arrives and asks Luna what she’s up to. “What’s in the bag?”
Luna claims it’s just things she ordered online and begs Li to leave her alone. Li says she’s being rude and reminds her of what could happen if anyone found out she’s alive.
Luna acknowledges the risk and notes that when she went out the other day, she wore a disguise and no one saw her. Li says she’s really lucky. Luna agrees.
Li starts to wonder if, when she went out the other day, she was stalking Finn. Luna denies it. Li reminds her that she needs to be smart.
Luna insists that she’s good at keeping secrets and says there’s no way she’s going back to prison. She insists there is no way she is going to screw up her second chance. Li’s phone rings, and she leaves to take the call. Luna unveils what’s in her package: it’s a pregnancy test kit. As she holds it, she wears her usual smirk.
Later, Luna paces around with the test in hand, clearly awaiting the results. She looks at it, and the look on her face says it all. Is she pregnant or what? Tune in tomorrow to see how things play out.
