‘The Young and the Restless’ actress Alyvia Alyn Lind received her first Daytime Emmy nomination this year for her role as Faith Newman on the CBS daytime drama. Congratulations to her, she’s definitely a sweet and talented little girl. Lind also had the most amazing reaction upon learning she was nominated for the upcoming awards.
Lind in discussion with Soaps in Depth disclosed that she was doing a maths test when she got the news from her mother. Lind revealed that she was a bit reluctant to talk at the moment because she was in the middle of question when she received a call from her mom who was in Dallas. She asked her mom if she could return the call, but her mom told her that this is news she would love to hear. And then she got the opportunity to watch the announcement herself on ‘The Talk’ which she refers to as the “best news ever!”
Lind submitted scenes where Faith loss Sage [ex-Kelly Sullivan], Sully turned out not to be her baby brother and more. She looks back and reflect and highlights that she’s very grateful to be a part of the show. Lind is nominated in the Outstanding Younger Lead Actress in a Drama Series category and we wish her all the best!
