Y&R Recap March 11, 2024: Today on The Young and the Restless – Victor back Jordan into a corner, Phyllis commiserates with Nick, and Nikki gives Claire a history lesson.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 11, 2024:
Phyllis heads to the Jazz Lounge, and Nick starts grilling her about what’s going on. She tells him to get her a drink, and she’ll spill the tea. Nick thinks she’s totally hammered.
Phyllis explains that she had an “aha” moment, and he should never try to change. Nick thinks she’s crazy because he saw how hard she worked to change herself. Phyllis argues that it’s all for nothing—her kids still tip-toe around her, she’s friendless, and her shot at happiness just blew up in her face.
Talk About Danny!
Nick brings up Danny, but Phyllis confesses she misjudged him; he chose someone else. She admits that feeling rejected made her want revenge. Emotionally, she expresses her frustration about trying to change with no success, so why bother? Nick reassures her that she can change; she did it.
Nick suggests buying her all the junk food she craves. Phyllis opts for room service junk food, so no one sees her. She also wants to ditch her dress because she’s embarrassed. Nick agrees and suggests she lead the way.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 11, 2024: Phyllis Commiserates with Nick
At the suite, Phyllis goes to change while Nick orders room service. Later, Phyllis tells him he can leave, but Nick won’t let her tackle the junk food alone. She begs him not to tell Summer or Daniel anything about this. Nick promises to keep mum.
Phyllis offers him a nightcap, but he declines, so she makes one for herself. Nick suggests she put the drink down and spill what’s bothering her. Phyllis tells him about her failed dinner plan for Danny, how tough she’s tried to be better, and how lonely she feels. She then plants a kiss on Nick. Nick stops her and tells her it’s a bad idea for many reasons. Phyllis suggests they keep going with no strings attached. Nick resists, the food arrives, they eat, and Phyllis keeps pushing, but Nick thinks it’s best he leaves.
Nikki Questions Victor!
Victor’s dodging Nikki’s question at first, but she keeps at it, wanting to know where he’s headed at this hour. Finally, Victor sits her down and spills the beans—he got word from Jordan, and she fell for his trick. Now, he’s off to meet her.

Nikki’s all worried that Jordan might have some sneaky plan up her sleeve. But Victor insists they got this under control and totally have the upper hand. Then Michael shows up, asking what the big emergency is. Victor’s all confident, but Michael’s freaking out about the legal risks they’re taking. Nikki wants to know exactly what’s up but Victor tells her, “The less you know, the better.”
Nikki Tells Claire About Her Past!
After they leave, Claire comes out, wondering why Nikki’s up and if everything’s okay. She offers to help Nikki out, like they did before, but this time Nikki’s not feeling up to it. Nikki, however, gives in and talks about her wild late teens—signing up with a sketchy modeling agency, getting mixed up in a cult, and working at a club called The Bayou. She tells Claire how she met Victor, who was going through a rough time after his first wife left him.
Claire asks about Eve, but quickly stops herself and apologizes. Nikki thinks it’s good to just get it all off her chest, so she tells her about Eve trying to poison Victor. Claire thinks she is crazy like her grandmother, but Nikki tells her she’s nothing like her grandma or Jordan. She even tells Claire that she’s proven herself as a true Newman by reaching out to Jordan.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 11, 2024: Meeting Jordan
In the shady alley, Jordan’s belting out tunes and busting some moves with that piece in her hand. Soon enough, Victor and Michael roll up.
Michael tells him they should’ve brought some backup, thinking they could’ve snatched Jordan the moment she appeared. He then asks Victor a favor: no daring stunts or unexpected twists, because he promised his wife, Lauren, he’d be home safe and sound in a couple of hours. Victor reassures him that Lauren has nothing to worry about.
Then Jordan shows up, aiming her gun. Victor tells her he’s a man of his word, admitting she’s got the upper hand since he only brought one guy, no cops, no guns. Jordan finds it ironic that her sister never said that about him before she died years ago. She’s like, Let’s cut to the chase.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 11, 2024:
Victor signals to Michael, who tosses over a bag. Victor reveals it’s filled with 10 million bucks in a bank account, a new passport, a fresh birth certificate, and even the deed to a house in the south of France. All she has to do is leave the States and never look back.
Jordan’s convinced Victor’s got some sneaky plan to get her busted. As a result, Victor proposes that she take him as a hostage to an undisclosed location until she makes her great escape, then she can contact his lawyer to set him free. He asks her to choose: take the deal and gain freedom, or stay alone and despised.
