Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may finally be ready to deliver on a promise that’s been hanging over him for quite some time.
When Victor struck a deal with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), he assured her that Chancellor Industries would eventually be returned to her family. At the time, that was much easier said than done. The situation surrounding Chancellor has been complicated from the start, and there have been plenty of obstacles standing in the way.
Still, Lily never forgot what Victor promised.
And more importantly, she never stopped expecting him to keep his word.
According to spoilers, Victor is set to make good on a promise to Lily.

Holden and Audra Can’t Escape Their Past
Elsewhere, Holden (Nathan Owens) and Audra (Zuleyka Silver) find themselves dealing with a chapter of their lives they’d probably rather leave behind.
The two share a history that neither one talks about very often. They’ve worked hard to keep certain details under wraps, and for good reason.
The last thing either of them wants is for old secrets to start resurfacing.
Unfortunately, that’s exactly where things seem to be headed.

Sharon Gives Phyllis a Chance
Meanwhile, Y&R spoilers for June 5 tease that Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) finds herself in a difficult position.
She’s never been someone who handles defeat well, and right now Victor has the upper hand. That’s not a situation Phyllis enjoys being in, especially when it feels like the walls are closing in around her.
Still, there is one thing working in her favor.
She recently helped save Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) life.
That’s not something Sharon is overlooking.
After everything they’ve been through, including the unexpected bond they formed during their kidnapping ordeal, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Phyllis have managed to build a friendship that once seemed impossible.
That connection comes into play again in this episode.
Rather than assume the worst, Sharon chooses to give Phyllis the benefit of the doubt.
